The information they collect is in collabo­ration with other research institutes and clients who act as the cornerstone in the development of new diagnos­tics that assess a person’s risk of disease and help them produce therapeutic products designed to effectively PREVENT and/or TREAT the disease.

Cord Tissue is a minimally manipulated umbilical cord allograft suspension that contains a variety of growth factors, cytokines, hyaluronic acid and mesenchymal stem cells. The mesenchymal stem cells that are derived from the umbilical cord tissue are isolated in high concentrations for the use in regenera­tive therapies.

Why should physicians be interested?

The current practice of extracting the patient's own stem cells utilizing adipose or bone marrow aspirations is often a painful and costly procedure. Along with the inconveniences of the isolation, the patient outcomes for such treatments have not been as favorable as expected. There are not as many stem cells in bone marrow and adipose extractions. This is because it comes down to the basic science of how fit the cells are. Depending on the patients age, health and other factors, the number and potency of the patients’ own stem cells and their ability to initiate the healing process can be drastically reduced. Cord stem cells are not exposed to the toxins and radiations we experience in everyday life. The minimal immunogenicity of the cord stems makes allergic reactions less likely to occur. Cord tissue allograft is a product that provides physicians and patients with a product that reduces the time and costs when compared to current regenerative therapies and increases the likelihood for better patient outcomes.  Clinical studies have shown that the proliferation rate and the secretion of the growth factors for tissue regeneration from the umbilical cord tissue MSCs are higher compared to adipose and bone marrow. (Hye, 2013) 

Amniotic Fluid

What are Human Cell and Tissue Prod­ucts (HCT/P)?
HCT/P assist the body to regenerate and replace a variety of damaged cells and tissue.

Amniotic Fluid is a flowable tissue matrix allograft suspension that is derived from amniotic fluid. Amniotic fluid is a rich source of nutrients, cytokines, and growth factors that are required for fetal development and maturation. Amniotic Fluid does not contain any viable stem cells. It is a perfect match for synovial fluid in joints and exhibits anti-scarring and anti-adhesion in addition to anti-inflammatory properties.

Why should physicians be interested? Amniotic fluid matrix products provide the extracellular matrix needed for the infiltration, attachment and proliferation of cells required for the repair of damaged tissue. Amniotic fluid may reduce scarring, fibrosis, and adhesions in surgical and wound sites.  It may also promote tissue regeneration by providing an anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory environment at surgical and wound sites.

Our Partner’s products are regulated by the FDA as a human tissue-based product under 21 CFR Part 1271 and Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act.

Will my body reject allograft products from a donor?All of the allograft products are safe and effective and do not illicit an immune response. 


Where do the donor tissues come from?

Our Partner's products are derived from birthing tissues sourced from a variety of hospitals from the U.S. All maternal candidates undergo an interview by a trained nurse to assess physical appearance, behavioral risk (tattoos, travel, sexual activity, etc), and maternal health history. All donated tissues are accompanied by a maternal blood test which tests for HIV, HTLV, CMV, Hepatitis A and B, Syphilis. All of our tissue is harvested from an aseptic Cesarean section.


Wharton's Jelly is an allograft suspension that is derived from the Wharton’s Jelly of the umbilical cord. Wharton’s Jelly is a clear, jelly-like tissue that insulates and protects the umbilical arteries and vein. Wharton's jelly contains a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid, and growth factors when compared to amniotic fluid, up to 50 times more.

Why should Physicians be interested? Wharton's Jelly when compared to amniotic fluid products, has a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid and growth factors which can provide patients with almost immediate relief from pain and also increase joint mobility. Our flowable Wharton’s Jelly creates an ideal environment for tissue repair and wound healing. (Bellamy, 2006)
